This listing is for 1 Freshly Baked Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing.  The photo shows a slice, but you'll be getting a whole cake!!!  Comes in a white cake box tied with a lovely ribbon.

Made with a whopping 12 oz. of Organic Carrots, pineapple, and my very own homemade Organic Vanilla Extract.  Then lathered with an outrageous amount of heavenly cream cheese icing.  Some people have actually said that it's the best carrot cake they've ever tasted!  It also freezes very well, saving the day when unexpected guests arrive...  (Freezing tips will be provided on pick-up.)

*Baked fresh for day of pick-up.  Day and time to be agreed upon between winning bidder and baker. Can be made with or without walnuts - the choice is yours. Baked in a tube pan. 

*Contains dairy, gluten, and eggs (and walnuts, if you choose.)
